The design maximises usable space and adaptability by creating four storeys within an outwardly two storey building form. The semi-basement provides adaptable workspace or extended living space, the ground floor provides open plan family living space with a courtyard garden, the upper floors provide three bedrooms including master room on the top floor with roof terrace.
