Approved planning scheme to extend and refurbish a pair of 1930s bungalows to provide suatainable family homes. The proposal is to extend the ground floor layout by enclosing the entrance yard to provide a new entrance hall with staircase to the first floor and at the rear to provide an additional bedroom with a raised garden above. The existing roof is to be removed and a new first floor level added providing family living space with open plan dining area and kitchen opening into the garden. 

Front entrance access is to be improved by remodelling the front gardens and providing a more accessible stepped pathway. Rear garden access will also be improved by creating a garden terrace at first floor level and stepped pathways to the upper garden levels.
