Site appraisal and concept design for redevelopment of an industrial site to provide sixty affordable homes. Mixed tenure and a range of unit types are arranged in three linked blocks overlooking metropolitan open land. The buildings are separated by landscaped courtyards above basement parking with main entrances from a new public square and re-landscaped home zone street.
