The site is constrained by the amenity needs of existing properties and an adjoining new housing development. The proposal is to provide three new family houses, of three or four bedrooms, with separate lounge and large open plan kitchen/dining/family rooms opening into south facing gardens. The houses are two storey to relate in scale to adjacent buildings and oriented to maintain privacy and daylight amenity to neighbouring windows and gardens.

Planning permission granted in 2020.
