Extensive refurbishment works and the partial reconstruction of a grade II listed property in one of Brighton’s finest Regency Streets. Unsympathetic 20th century extensions have been removed and a new rear annex constructed which creates an attached two bedroom house on three floors. The existing house dates from c.1845 and features high quality examples of Regency detailing. The new house has been carefully detailed both internally and externally to create visual unity in the finished project.
