The project aims to create a viable destination country restaurant and secure the long-term future of an historic village pub. The scheme proposes a contemporary restaurant extension with south facing garden terrace and a series of refurbished dining rooms with historic features. The unique character of the public bar will be retained by sensitive refurbishment. The upgraded accommodation includes six en-suite rooms and a staff apartment.
