A group of buildings housing a community of creatives and makers is being expanded and upgraded. Planning permission has been secured for additional workshops and studios within both new and refurbished buildings.
The project involves the redesign and replacement of early 20th century trackside buildings alongside the main Brighton to London railway line. The design is inspired by the industrial and historical setting and by the creative aspirations of the owner, a renowned metalworker and sculptor.
